Refund & Return Policy

If Masticha Gum isn't for you, we provid, refunds and returns. We accept returns. Fill out our form to get in touch with us or contact support@mastichagum.com before returning your product also make sure to read the requirements below:
  • We accept returns only if the product is unopened, since this product is to be consumed we don't accept orders back when opened.
  • Free cancellation requests need to be made via email before your order leaves our fulfillment facility.
  • If an order has been shipped with the product without the product being returned we can't accept chargebacks.
  • We are not responsible for our parcel service having delays especially in busy months.
  • Because of safety reasons we can't accept opened packages.
  • After an order is delivered, you have 14 days to begin a return.
  • Before contacting and getting approval from customer service, return shipping costs are at the expense of the sender.
  • Upon receiving adequate proof, if your item is broken, disfigured, damaged, or melted, please contact us within 24 hours and we will send you a replacement if proof is shown. Without any shipping costs or refund costs.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be delivered back to our facility in its original state.
  • The refund amount will be lower than the amount paid since we also have fulfillment and shipping costs.
  • To assist us in bettering our product, we might ask you to snap a picture of your return.
  • Returns have to be sent to the following return-only address (can be sent via different courier services depending on the choice of the customer)

  • Returns sent to addresses other than the return address stated on this page cannot be processed and are not eligible for a refund, since fulfillment centers cannot process refunds as we do in our own warehouse in the Netherlands.
  • We are not responsible for the damage the courier services may cause, and if you want to return because you regret your decision, then it is also your own responsibility to pay the transit costs.
  • Refunds are applied to the payment method you used initially. Once your refund request has been approved, please allow up to one week for processing.
